About us

Kåre Misje & Co AS is the holding company of the Misje Group. The management services are carried out in Misje Rederi AS. Chartering and operation are performed by Misje Chartering AS. Seamen are recruited by Misje Rederi Ltd in Kaliningrad.

Our ships are 100% owned by Misje Bulk AS and AMI AS – steel companies.

Together, these companies provide a complete package of services from chartering and operation to technical and financial management – a fully integrated ship owning group.

Misje Rederi AS management team is based in Bergen – the capital of the Norwegian shipping industry. We have the technical and commercial management of our own fleet and can offer same services for other shipping companies and ship owners. The company has employees with extensive knowledge of the maritime industry including technical, maritime, commercial and financial competence and experience.

In addition to our team in Bergen, we have a technical department and manning office in Kaliningrad with highly qualified employees.
